Terms Of Services

These Terms of Services(TOS) or Policies and all other policies comes under an agreement between Rednecsys Solutions Private Limited ('we' or 'us') and you ('User' or 'you' or 'our client(s)'). The below agreement narrates the way of using the services or products made available by Rednecsys. By using these Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and accept rules and regulation mentioned by us. If not, you are not authorized to access our services.

1. General Services:

When you sign-up for an account with Rednecsys Solution, you will be required to provide the data required in our "Registration form" The Data may include, but is not limited to, your or any of your Account Contacts full legal name, company name, telephone number, email addresses, and mailing address.
When you provide the Registration Data, you represent that:

  • The information you are providing is true, accurate, current and complete.
  • You will keep updating necessary data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
  • The account owner or contacts are over the age of 18 and are of the legal age in your country required for entering into contractual obligations, such as this Agreement.
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws. If we discover and are made aware that any of the the information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate, in our sole discretion, we may suspend or close your account, with immediate effect, without prior notice and will not release your account until proper documents and verification has been done. Also during this duration no refund/credit will be provided.
  • If overall billing of your order crosses a total of $29/month, you need to provide us Paypal Authentication Form, in which you need to provide us the scan copy of your Photo ID issued by Govt. of your country which contains your current/permanent address, along with your Paypal email ID (for Paypal Authentication form)where the name should be clearly visible.

(B) Ownership Of Account
After your account is verified, it means that you are the owner of your account and it is solely your responsibility to maintain and secure your account. Once you are the verfied user, it is you who have to keep your profile upto date from time to time and secure it. It is not our responsibility to maintain the security of your account. In case if you find any changes in details of your account, please feel free to contact our Billing Team immediately.

(C) Change Ownership of Account
Usually we do not recommend you to change the ownership of account. However, if you still want to change the ownership, you need to follow the below steps.

  • First you have to contact us by opening a ticket in our billing department with a valid reason for changing the ownership of account.
  • Our team will review your request, we have to first verify the new account where the account has to be transferred. This can be done by filling "Credit Card/Paypal Authentication Form" of the new owner.
  • Once done we will notify you about the same through ticket and you need to pay a one time fees of $29 USD for migrating the account.
  • After the payment is done, the account will be migrated.
    ***There won't be any change in pricing. It will be same as that of the old owner of the account.

2. Server Availability, Renewal,Suspension,Termination & Cancellation of Services and Level of Support:

(A) Availability of Order
The availability of server depends on the stock on the product. Usually the server will be available in 24-72 hours depending upon the Data Center location.

(B) Service Renewal
The services are renewed on monthly basis. You have to pay the invoice 2 days prior to your invoice due date. Delay in renewing the service may result in interruption of your services. The services will only be available when the service is renewed.

(C) Suspension/Termination of Services
Your services with us will be suspended within 24 hour of your due date of your invoice and services will be terminated within 24 hours from the time the service has been suspended. Once the server(s) is suspended or terminate, the data will be lost and we will not be responsible for loss of your data. We surely suggest you to always have a local backup of your data on your end to be on a safer side.

(D) Cancellation Policy
To cancel any service whether it is a VPS, Cloud, Dedicated server or any addon services you need to contact our billing/sales team 7 days prior to the next due date and update them to request for cancellation. Failure to request a cancellation before 7 days will result in renewal of services for the next month, even if the invoice has been charged automatically or paid manually and you will not be provided any refund for same.

(E) Support Services
We provide 24*7 support through tickets and chats. Our main mode of communication is ticket and secondary mode is chat. In case if your chat is not answered, Please contact by opening a ticket with us along with the query you have, we will contact you.

(F) Response time
Our ticket response time will be in between 10 minutes to 2 hours. You can expect the reply at earliest however, we do have a priority based on issues.
If a server down issue is there and most of the staff members are busy and you have a general query or a module installation issue it might take time.
Well in most of the cases this won't happen. However, we gave priority on issues. Since we have collocations with our Data Centers, we may need to contact our Data Center technician for certain issues, response time might be high. This solely depends upon the criticality of the issue.

(G) Level of Support
We provide full support for cPanel, Plesk control panel server and non control panel server 24*7*365 days. For Windows server we do have limited support which includes server support and services support. We provide best possible third party support such as WordPress, Joomla, any theme/plugin support.

(H) Abuse of Support
We in Rednecsys do not believe in abuse language whether it is from client or by our representative. It is strictly prohibited. If we found that either you or any of your client is abusing our technicians which we do not appreciate, it will result in suspension or termination of services without any prior intimation and refund.

3. Acceptable Use Policy:

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") states the use of the Services provided by Rednecsys and is a part of our Terms Of Services.
When you sign up with us and agreed upon on TOS, you also agrees that you are aware of our AUP. Any content which violates the AUP in any manner may be removed from our servers. If we do not receive any reply from your end after 24 hours from the time we have informed you about the same, this may lead to suspension/termination of your services without any refund. In case of any emergency, first we might suspend your services and then provide you an update about the same.
The AUP violation includes the below information which states that the below contents and activities can not be host on the servers you have with us. Also, the polices are subjected to change without any prior intimation.

  • Any Illegal Content - You can only use Rednecsys's servers for hosting lawful content. Any content which are considered as a part of illegal activities such as unauthorized copy of someone's personal data, photographs, videos, audio clips, displaying trademarks/ using trademarked words, any third party software without proper license or permission from the vendor comes under this category and is not limited to as stated.
  • Prohibited Content - It includes Child Pornography, Child Erotica, Bestiality/Zoophilia, Gambling. If we discover that you or any of your clients are hosting the contents related to Child Pornography, the service will be suspended automatically.
  • Fraudulent Sites/Phishing - Any fraud sites such as banks website or sites that are used to steal credit card information or personal information is strictly prohibited.
  • Mass emailing/ Spam Activity - Unsolicited emails, any mass/bulk emailing used for promotion purpose are considered as spam and are not allowed as per our policy.
  • Attack to other networks such as DDOS - If found that the services you are using is used to hinder the performance of other servers whether its for other servers which are hosted with us or outside our network, the services will be suspended immediately without any prior notification.
  • IRC Scripts along with bots and scripts are forbidden.
  • VPN, Torrents, Proxy, Shoutcast servers are prohibited on our servers without any exception.
  • CGI or PHP based shell scripts are prohibited.
  • Unauthorized access to other servers without having permissions from the IP owner is forbidden.
